Onboarding New Volunteers

We like  all new team members to start by joining the Hospitality team. You will get at least 6 opportunities to serve the FCCO family  on the hospitality team as part of the onboarding process.  We believe this gives you  an opportunity to meet people who call FCCO home and to learn about our heart toward serving and ministering. We have several teams  we would love to have you serve with us on as well if you are interested,  you can learn about them as you go through the training.
 
 If you are on our team,  you  will join in on the training every  Sunday morning you are scheduled to serve.
This includes  learning what to do in your position,  team building through some lessons , prayer and getting connected with the other teams as we learn to minister and serve together.

Hospitality Team

Welcome team:
Greeters - Get to welcome people as enter
Ushers - Set up & tear down the lobby and welcome people to the theaters.

Food Crew:
Hot Dogs - Prepare and serve hot dogs. Set up & take down hot dog station .
Coffee - Set up & take down tea and coffee stations. Prepare drinks.

Benevolence Team

Meal Team:
 Providing meals for FCCO family members in times of need and support, providing support for other needs as they arise.

NextGen Ministries

Preschool:
Teacher - Lead preschool class
Future Leader (Gr 5 & 6) - Help teacher, welcome & engage the kids

NextGen Kids:
Future leaders (Gr 5 & 6) - Along side Leaders, greet kids, help at connect stations, support during NextGen kids church service & small groups
Junior Leaders (Gr 7 - 9) - Guide Future Leaders and connect time, support during NextGen kids church service & small groups
Senior Leaders (Gr 10- 12) - Guide Future Leaders and Leaders and lead a small group
Adult Leader -
- Check in station - Welcoming and manning check in station, support during the service.
- Upstairs - Encouraging and managing volunteers

NextGen Youth:
Adult Leaders - Connecting with Youth and supporting Team Leader, lead a small group Tues & Friday
Adult Leader - 1x volunteer for youth events - Support Leaders/Teachers & small group time. Connect with youth and participate in games. (event specific commitment only)

Music Team

Music:
Drums - Sunday morning worship time
Keyboard - Sunday morning worship time
Bass Guitar - Sunday morning worship time
Vocals - Sunday morning worship time
Guitar - Sunday morning worship time

Tech Team:
Sound Tech - operate the sound in theaters
Visual Tech - operate the ProPresenter and video broadcasting
