Can He really set me free?

The Jewish people had a lot of very strict and sometimes complicated laws. One law was to do nothing on Sat. From sun down Friday night to sun down Saturday they were all to do nearly nothing. No baking, no working, no going on long trips or catching up on overdue projects. Nothing. They were to relax and restrict themselves from all forms of labor. What does that have to do with us? What does Jesus want for and from us when it comes to rest?
