Clear and Present Reality

There are pictures that scripture use to describe Jesus church. For millennia humans have prayed that their gods would be with them and protect and provide for them. Even today in our modern secular world we are crushed when science and pleasure don’t deliver us from pain and suffering the way we believed they could. Nothing has really changed. We are still looking for a greater power to be with us and to make the world into heaven on earth. The church is supposed to be evidence that God will live with us and right every wrong and wipe away every tear.
